Show Me The Bunny
Everywhere..bunnies, bunnies….they are popping out of the ground like dandelions! Unfortunately the Infamous Boxwood Kitties have on their bunny hunting gear. I keep trying to put collars with bells on those two villainous kittens ( only while they are hunting bunnies do I call them that) ..but every time they come back in from the wild they are “with” bunny and without collar….what gives? Is this a hoax…..how is it so?! We have had more baby bunnies hopping around our house and in and out of the house than I ever knew existed …luckily we have rescued many….( a few unfortunately not…grrr) We rescue and release…..way off deep in the garden…away from thing one and thing two. I am certain they are watching us with spy gear….and sneaking out for hasenpfeffer and a beer.

How cute. How nice to have such an amazing yard to enjoy. Gus is so darn cute!!! We have a few bunnies now and then but the two hawks that live in our pine tree in the back have sharp eyes and scoop them up. The hawks are amazing to watch but they are fierce!
Gus has the best curls and the color of his hair is what we pay to get. He looks like a cherub. The little bunnies are cute also. How can these sweet things ruin a garden.They most love your yard and keep the boys busy. Who needs a farm in Wi. But we miss you.
Tracy……..I do know my answer to the collar….everytime I put a little pink diamond collar on Spicey….when she is with my husband and shakes her head or scatches at it….he takes it off…..she MUST LEARN TO WEAR JEWELRY….LOLOLO…..maybe the boys are slipping it off or JOHN…..lolo…..men are all for comfort…mine is anyway!!…..I hope you save some of those curls from Gus’s hair…..HAPPY PUDDING DAY…..And lets all do the BUNNY HOP…………..XOXOXOX….Robyn, so glad you are quick on your feet……!!…..Spicey sends licks to Auntie T……how sweet you are!!!!

HAPPY SUMMER! Ah, bliss….great photos again TRACY today! We had Easter Bunnies hatch before Easter one year and my had pictures of them holding bunnies on Easter like yours today! MEMORIES!

Those kittens are in cahoots with our whippets…. I think the rabbits have learned to stay away from our house! They are adorable though!
Hello Tracy!!!! Hi girls!!!!! Missed you all last week, had a crazy week…my recital was this weekend and was a huge success! I am very happy with the way it turned out, and so proud of my kids!!!! I thought of you birds all weekend preparing to become glinda the good witch, and I kept thinking….I must bring my camera, but please don’t get mad at me, I did forget….I can’t begin to tell you how exhausting and just intense it all is…there are over 600 students involved 150 of them are mine, we do 3 shows, so dress rehearsal is Saturday…all 3 shows in a row…3 hours each…then recital on Sunday…same schedule! To top it all of the owner, my friend, wanted us the teachers to dance all together at the end, so we threw that together Friday night, and performed at the end of each show….it was nuts and I’m very tired, but I enjoyed it too! Anyway I am sure I can get some pictures from someone and I will send them asap.Ok so back to cleaning the house and real life……but it was like you guys were with me in spirit and I just want to thank you all for caring and asking!!!! Oh bunnies! Your boys have become bunny protectors extraordinaire! Had no idea that so many bunnies lived in your neck of the woods, although I assume they read the real estate flyers, too, and like to retire to warmer climates…
You are simply going to have to sit the boxwood kitties down and explain the difference between mice and bunnies, and you should probably use your sternest voice…. We are not visited often by bunnies (they understand that canada is cold) but we are seeing a lot of skunks and groundhogs – we have (actually all of the province has) an infestation of giant garden slugs, which are apparently the skunks’ appetizer of choice…they are awfully cute to watch out the window, less so to stumble upon accidentally….

Just had to let you know that I channeled you this weekend…kinda…sorta!
Normally I wear my hair in a ponytail but decided to spruce up for my nephews graduation thanks to your easy hot rollers video! I too used my rollers from highschool (circa early 8o’s) they are marvelous! Also…my family thoroughly enjoyed the chicken recipe…the one you blogged a bit ago..lots of olive oil, lemons…my gracious! YUMMY!! And with the extra lemons my husband made John’s Meyer Lemon Cosmo….as he is making it…he turns to me and says..”Is this a Tracy recipe???” HA! Well, yes…her better half!
Girls….MUST MUST try the chicken and Cosmo’s….HELLO SUMMER!!!

WENDYM2…indeed…I have chatted with those villainous kitties, and so have our children, Sigerson is most disturbed by their actions ( and they both sleep on his bed)….they adore him, so i am certain they are listening…..! xxx p.s. no tomato juice if you get skunked…it’s vinegar that works…just found this out! hope you don’t need that info!

I love our neighbors cats, who seem to spend more time here….then it hit me, well of course they do it’s bird haven with all of our feeders, I too don’t want to see the deed being done…ah nature, sometimes a little bad with all of the tremendous good I guess! Good Evening All! RACHEL, RACHEL, RACHEL….so happy for you! My oh my, what a weekend you had, and then danced yourself besides! DO NOT WORRY about the “clean house” you need to take some time to relax and gain some balance! I know I am overwhelmed with all the “chores” I had to let go of all month…HOT, HOT here today, and we have so much landscaping to do! (WE are not very good at it, but will plug away) out and about gathering our goods to plant and enhance the soil. Our home is 4 years old…and still so much to do. Again, so glad your RECITAL was a success RACHEL! TRACY….so much fun to have you share about the boys, kitties and bunnies! Did your mom tell you we are going to have 2-3 days here in the 90s…and then a high in the 60s on Thursday!!! Oh that wacky Wisconsin weather!!
